What is an ISBN?

ISBN stands for International Standard Book Number. It is a ten or thirteen digit number that is used to identify a book. You can find the ISBN on the back of your book or on the cover page. When entering an ISBN into the search box, be sure to include the leading zeros and the x at the end if applicable.


How do I sell my books?

1. Enter in your ISBNs of the books that you want to sell to us.
2. Fill out your address and print off the packing slip and prepaid shipping label.
3. After we receive your books we will mail you a check.

What books do you not purchase?

We do not purchase these books:

• Books with excessive highlight or writing. This is defined as more than 75% of the pages in the book have either highlighting or writing in them.
• Workbooks that have more than five pages with writing in them.
• Books with mold or water damage.
• Books that have any pages missing.
• Books with a broken or damaged spine.
• Instructors or international editions.
• All or more than 25% of the front cover is missing.

My book has some highlighting or writing in it. Will you still buy it?

Why is my book worth $0.00 or not found?

We create our buyers guide based on national market conditions and demand for the book. Some titles are oversaturated in the market or are too old for us to buy them. We are constantly adding titles to our buyers guide so come back soon and your book may be worth some cash!

How do you determine the price you will pay me for my books?

Our buyers guide is based upon national market conditions and demand for the book. This guide is updated every month or so.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No! We pay for it! Once you complete the checkout process, you can print off a prepaid shipping label. These packages will be shipping through US Postal Service Media Mail. We do recommend that you add a tracking number and insure the package. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail. This does not happen very often but it can.

Is there a time limit on shipping the book(s)?

You need to ship the books to us within 5 days in order to receive your quoted price. If you wait longer, the price may change.

How long does it take to process my order?

It can take up to three weeks for a package shipping through Media Mail to arrive. Then it normally takes us a couple days to process your books and to write you a check. The check will take around a week for you to receive it. The whole process will take between 2-5 weeks.

How will I get my money?

We will mail you a check to your address that you provide us once we receive the books.

What happens if my shipment never arrives?

We cannot be held responsible for any packages that do not arrive. We recommend that you either insure the package or add a tracking number.
